Get ready for OAK’s unforgettable Fall Farmers Markets at Heartwood Park on September 6 and October 4, 2025, 9am – 1pm. Guests will enjoy locally made products, fresh bites from our onsite Chef’s, and live music with plenty of shade and seating available for everyone to relax and take it all in. There’s something special waiting around every corner, and this is just the beginning.
VENDOR INFORMATION:
30 Spots only – Space is limited so be sure to apply early.
Eligibility: Open to food and non-food vendors. An independent selection committee will choose vendors based on product packaging, display and quality.
Apply: Submit the form below and include at least 5 product photos.
Note: Applying does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, a $100 deposit per market date will be required. This deposit reserves your booth space and will be refunded at the end of the market season provided that the vendor remains in good standing, does not cancel their booth reservation, and maintains perfect attendance. Invoice will be sent upon acceptance.
Vendors may cancel up to 30 days before their scheduled market date and receive a full (100%) refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 30-day deadline.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Approval Required: Vendors must be approved, pay their deposit fees and provide their own setup needs. All accepted vendors will receive an approval email within 3 business days after submitting the form.
Note for food vendors: Some food vendors require a special event license through the City Development Office and Health Department. The city will reach out for payment.
Electricity: Limited, please note in your product description if electricity is required to run your booth and why.
Setup Requirements: Must have your own 10×10 tent (weights are required, tent stakes are prohibited), tables, chairs, signage, bags, gloves, payment processors, etc. Setup must be complete no later than 8:45am and vendors will not be permitted to tear down earlier than 1pm.
Weather: OAK Farmers Markets are rain or shine. If weather is severe, OAK reserves the right to cancel.
Note: Tents and tablecloths should be sturdy and complement overall aesthetic. Products should be fully stocked and displayed neatly. Items should be clean, fresh and attractively arranged.
SALES TAX:
Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting their own sales tax to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
INSURANCE:
Vendors are liable for their own property and losses. Heartwood Park and all other OAK affiliates are not responsible for any theft or damage. Release of liability waiver will be emailed, and signature will be required upon vendor acceptance.
