To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, OAK Management kindly asks all patrons, employees, tenants, residents, and guests to be respectful of others and act responsibly while visiting OAK.
To ensure a welcoming environment, the following activities are prohibited during your visit:
- Using obscene language, shouting, or playing music without headphones
- Littering, defacing, or damaging property
- Loitering in front of or blocking access to stores, restaurants, the hotel, sidewalks, streets, or common areas
- Skating, skateboarding, bicycle riding on sidewalks, running, or climbing/standing on furniture, sculptures, walls, or trees
- Smoking (OAK is a non-smoking environment)
- Distributing materials, soliciting, demonstrating, conducting interviews, or taking professional photos, videos, or audio recordings without prior approval from OAK Management
- Driving or parking vehicles that display advertising wraps, logos, or decals
To help maintain a welcoming, family-friendly environment, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
- No gang-related attire or activity, and no clothing or visible tattoos with obscene language or graphics
- No apparel that obscures the face, unless worn for cultural, religious, or medical reasons
- No visible undergarments or excessively revealing clothing that may be deemed inappropriate
- No excessively torn or distressed clothing
- No skateboards, hoverboards, or roller skates
- Shirts and shoes are required at all times
Parking and Driving Guidelines
Please drive responsibly and refrain from cruising or speeding. Parking at OAK is reserved for guests and visitors of our retailers and restaurants. Vehicles parked for any other purpose may be subject to towing.
Additional Guidelines
- Visitors under age 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian after 8 PM.
- Visitors under age 21 are not permitted on property after 10 PM.
- Pets must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
OAK is private property. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations and Federal, State and local laws is grounds for exclusion from OAK.
